BYD Kengzi Phase II automatic warehouse
After more than 20 years of rapid development, BYD has established over 30 industrial parks worldwide. BYD's business layout covers fields such as electronics, automobiles, new energy, and rail transit. BYD is a listed company in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with a turnover and total market value exceeding 100 billion yuan. The collaboration between the HERO technology team and BYD's intelligent process for new energy batteries dates back to 2011, when they jointly developed the first automatic storage and automatic transportation testing production line for the back-end process of battery cell production in China. BYD Kengzi Phase II Factory mainly produces vehicle power battery systems and the development and production of lithium-ion batteries. This project is mainly used for the automatic storage and retrieval of PACK materials, as well as the automatic distribution from the warehouse to the workshop, and the offline outbound transportation of PACK finished products.
Project features
① The total storage area of the warehouse is about 6000 square meters, with 14 high-level storage racks in each aisle, which improves the utilization rate of space storage;
② The project is distributed on four floors, using 14 lifts and over 500 conveying equipment to achieve logistics interconnection between each floor and automatic material transportation to the workshop;
③ WMS+WCS seamlessly integrates with ERP to achieve digitalization of production management;
④The implementation of goods to people picking method has improved the accuracy of picking and reduced the labor intensity of workers.
